Instant Pot Angel Chicken

Equipment

  • 1 Instant Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ΒΌ c butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 1 pkg dry italian dressing mix
  • 1 lbs angel hair pasta

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients, except for pasta, into the instant pot. (chicken can be frozen or thawed)
  • Set instant pot to the meat setting with a timer of 40 minutes.
  • At end of cooking time, let pressure natural release for 15 minutes and then quick release.
  • Boil pasta while instant pot is releasing pressure.
  • Once pressure is released, shred chicken using forks. Combine pasta with sauce and chicken.
