
Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
- 2 c rotisserie chicken shredded
- 1 box jumbo shells
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 bag frozen broccoli prepared and chopped
- 1 c mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ c grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the jumbo pasta shells by following instructions on the box. Drain. Allow to cool off before handling.
- Chop your broccoli and shred your chicken.
- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9×13" pan with cooking spray. In the bottom of the large pan, spread out a large spoonful of sauce.
- Add garlic powder (1/4 tsp), salt (1 tsp), pepper (1/2 tsp), broccoli, chicken, and 1 c of sauce to a large bowl. Stir well to combine.
- Carefully, fill the jumbo pasta shells with the mixture.
- Add all stuffed pasta shells into the pan. Do not stack.
- Use the remainder of the sauce to cover the stuffed jumbo pasta shells. Cover in cheeses (1 c mozzarella & 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese).
- Bake the pasta shells dish for about 20-25 minutes, no cover. Bake until cheese is golden brown and bubbling.
