Prepare the jumbo pasta shells by following instructions on the box. Drain. Allow to cool off before handling.
Chop your broccoli and shred your chicken.
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9x13" pan with cooking spray. In the bottom of the large pan, spread out a large spoonful of sauce.
Add garlic powder (1/4 tsp), salt (1 tsp), pepper (1/2 tsp), broccoli, chicken, and 1 c of sauce to a large bowl. Stir well to combine.
Carefully, fill the jumbo pasta shells with the mixture.
Add all stuffed pasta shells into the pan. Do not stack.
Use the remainder of the sauce to cover the stuffed jumbo pasta shells. Cover in cheeses (1 c mozzarella & 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese).
Bake the pasta shells dish for about 20-25 minutes, no cover. Bake until cheese is golden brown and bubbling.
