Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
  

  • 2 c rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1 box jumbo shells
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli prepared and chopped
  • 1 c mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ c grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the jumbo pasta shells by following instructions on the box. Drain. Allow to cool off before handling.
  • Chop your broccoli and shred your chicken.
  • Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9x13" pan with cooking spray. In the bottom of the large pan, spread out a large spoonful of sauce.
  • Add garlic powder (1/4 tsp), salt (1 tsp), pepper (1/2 tsp), broccoli, chicken, and 1 c of sauce to a large bowl. Stir well to combine.
  • Carefully, fill the jumbo pasta shells with the mixture.
  • Add all stuffed pasta shells into the pan. Do not stack.
  • Use the remainder of the sauce to cover the stuffed jumbo pasta shells. Cover in cheeses (1 c mozzarella & 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese).
  • Bake the pasta shells dish for about 20-25 minutes, no cover. Bake until cheese is golden brown and bubbling.
